My name is Anjana Maurya, founder of Anjana Creations. I spent years being that person who wanted to lose weight, tried every diet, and watched the scale go up and down endlessly.

From Chandigarh to Noida, through marriage, two pregnancies, and Covid lockdowns — my weight journey has been real, messy and honest. Now, having achieved my goals, I want to use my experience to help others.

Inhale and lift your legs + upper body together
